The covered braai area is designed for long meals and year-round use. Glass doors and American shutters open wide on warm days or close for cooler evenings, while the built-in braai and wood-fired pizza oven make the space ideal for relaxed hosting.
Set in Bekbaai, Despacito places you about 100 metres from the beach and close to Paternoster’s restaurants, wine bars and coastal walks. Spend the day in the village, explore Cape Columbine and Tietiesbaai, then return to the rooftop for sunset above the coast.

The main living area is open, bright and generous, with high ceilings, comfortable lounge seating and an easy flow into the dining and kitchen spaces. A large TV with DStv and Netflix, together with an indoor combustion oven, makes the space equally suited to sunny days, quiet evenings and cooler West Coast nights.
Kitchen & scullery
The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, from easy breakfasts to full holiday dinners. Premium appliances, generous counter space and a separate scullery keep the main living area calm, uncluttered and ready for relaxed hosting.
Three bedrooms
Despacito sleeps up to 6 guests across three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third has two three-quarter beds, making the layout well suited to couples, families with older children or friends travelling together.
En-suite bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, giving every guest comfort and privacy. Two bathrooms include both bath and shower, while the third has a shower. The house also includes a guest toilet near the living area and an additional bathroom upstairs at the rooftop bar.

The house includes Wi-Fi, DStv, Netflix, battery backup for loadshedding, secure off-street parking and a full security system with local alarm response. Linen, towels and cleaning are provided, so guests can arrive, settle in and enjoy their stay.

The covered braai area gives guests a sheltered place for proper holiday meals in every season. Glass doors and American shutters open the space on warm days and close it when the weather turns, while the built-in braai and wood-fired pizza oven make it practical for relaxed self-catering dinners.

House Rules
Despacito is a private home in a peaceful residential part of Paternoster. Guests are asked to treat the house, neighbours and surroundings with care and respect.
Check-in
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM. Arrival details will be shared before your stay.
Guests
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted. Only guests included in the booking may stay at the property.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed unless agreed with the property in advance.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
No parties
Parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted.
No smoking or pets
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not permitted.
Security and care
The property is fitted with security features for guest comfort and property protection. Exterior security cameras may be in use around the property and will be disclosed before booking. Guests must not tamper with security equipment, shutters, alarms or access systems.
Booking Terms
These booking terms apply to direct bookings and bookings made through the Despacito booking system. Platform bookings may also be subject to the terms of the relevant booking platform.
Payment
For same-day bookings, full payment must be made via the payment link immediately after booking. If payment is not received immediately, the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.
Breakage deposit
A compulsory breakage deposit of R3,500 applies to all bookings. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Refund timing depends on the guest’s bank.
Cleaning
For stays of 5 nights or more, a compulsory cleaning service applies. The fee is R500 per cleaning service, with two cleaning services required during the stay, totalling R1,000. For stays of fewer than 5 nights, optional cleaning is available on request at R500 per service.
Guests and visitors
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted. Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Visitors are not allowed unless arranged with the property in advance.
Check-in verification
The cardholder and ID or passport must be present at check-in. The credit card used for online payment must also be present at check-in.
VAT and bank costs
All bookings include 15% VAT. In the case of cancellations paid by credit card, bank costs may not be refundable, as the bank does not credit the initial deduction costs.
